Gabriela Retamar National Professor of Physical Education, with more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Gabriela has worked as an Educator in the 90's, training instructors in more than 20 countries around the world, through various educational organizations in the sector.

She participate as a presenter in the most prestigious Congresses in the world, such as International IDEA, AEFA and Euroeducation in Europe. Later, already focused on the management of clubs and gyms, she was Director of the Customer Service area of ​​Body Systems Les Mills Argentina, an Agency that she led together with her husband for 20 years, offering the service in Argentina and several Latin countries that depended on this Agency. His focus has always been to guide the leaders of gyms and fitness studios so that they can maximize and professionalize their operation in all areas of the business. In that sense, he has given talks and conferences, face-to-face and online, for world-renowned organizations such as IHRSA and Mercado Fitness in Latin America. He has also given talks and guidance to various managers, who to date contract his service, on issues of leadership, team building, recruitment and monitoring of instructors, and incorporation of technological tools to speed up adaptation to the new market scenario. post pandemic.

 

Gabriela is since the second semester of 2022 the first General Manager of EVO W12 LATAM, the most important technological ally in Latin America for Clubs, Gyms and Fitness Studios. EVO W12 company of Brazilian origin that currently operates with 5,000 clients and was acquired by ABC fitness solutions in 2019. Today, together with other technology companies, it is part of the most important global group in the world in technology solutions in this sector.
